General Manager
Lead the studio from pre-sale through full operations—owning performance, team development, and the overall member experience.
You will:
- Drive pre-sale success through events, partnerships, and lead conversion
- Build and lead a high-performance team across sales and instructors
- Own all key business metrics including membership growth, revenue, and retention
- Oversee day-to-day operations, systems, and studio standards
- Help shape the culture and long-term success of the business
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has experience leading teams and driving revenue in fitness, hospitality, or sales
- Understands KPIs and operates with a strong business mindset
- Takes full ownership and leads from the front
- Is energized by building and scaling a business from day one
This is not a typical management role—you will run this studio as if it were your own.
Studio Sales Associates
Be the front line of the business—responsible for creating first impressions, building relationships, and driving memberships.
You will:
- Engage and convert leads into members
- Support pre-sale efforts, events, and community outreach
- Deliver a premium, high-energy client experience
- Help maintain a strong studio culture and environment
We’re looking for people who:
- Are confident, outgoing, and strong communicators
- Thrive in a sales-driven, fast-paced environment
- Are motivated by performance targets and growth opportunities
- Take pride in delivering a high-end experience
Instructors
Deliver high-energy, music-driven classes that define the STRONG experience and keep members coming back.
You will:
- Coach and lead dynamic group classes
- Create an engaging, motivating in-studio experience
- Build relationships with members and foster community
- Continuously develop your coaching and performance
We’re looking for instructors who:
- Bring strong presence, energy, and confidence to the room
- Can coach clients of all levels with clarity and intensity
- Are passionate about fitness and continuous improvement
- Hold (or are willing to obtain) STRONG Pilates certification
